The fiberglass window screen is produced with the fiberglass yarn through coating processing and then woven by a method of the plain weave in the production line. The finished screen features good performance for air ventilation and solar shade. As well, it possesses many advantages in terms of anti-corrosion and heat insulation, being easy to clean without deformation, long service life as well as fine and smooth feeling in the hand. It has been widely used in various facilities in ventilation, insects, mosquitoes and flies control.
These fiberglass window screens are coated with PVC resin, which carries 35% fiberglass yarn, 64% PVC coating, and 1% of other materials. These come in rolls that range from 3 to 6 feet in width, and measure approximately 100 feet in length.
